Free dining in early Decemeber?

Does anyone know if free dining has ever been offered in early December? I'd love to go for a long weekend for my DD 10th birthday and that might be enough of a reason to convince the DH that we should!

The only time it was offered in early Dec was for Disney Visa cardholders (last year) and PIN codes sent out to select people (this year).

It has never been offered in early December. It was offered through select email pin codes and through Disney Visa with dates starting December 14 last year.

I was able to get FD 12/17-12/27 @ CSR for this December. It was on the "Goofy" code...reg date of 10/2/09-11/24/09. On the bottom it said:
"be sure to ask about other great rates for other lengths of stay, resort and travel dates 11/28-12/17/09"
We are arriving the 17th and it covers our full 10 days. Now, the hurdle of DS being allowed to take his finals 2 days early that week...

Just looked on the code, needed to be booked by5/23/09...hope those that got it were able to use it!

Maybe now that the last batch of PIN codes have expired, so new ones will be sent out! I'm oh so patiently waiting...

hopefully...I actually would rather a 40% even 35% off room code...the free dining is awesome, but at rack rate over Christmas, still spending a ton. We are stuck with Holiday travel tho, due to DH schedule. We have a teen who will be 19, so we have the charge of 3 adults, and 1 junior...so for us if we could get a deluxe w/bunk beds or the daybed, for our personal needs that is more valuable than free dining, but not complaining. I am keeping my fingers crossed...in the meantime, did you check out the Dolphin? We also have that reserved in case DS CAN'T take his finals early, for arrival on the 19th. No dining plan, but our first 4 nights are at 149, so thats awesome to us for Holiday week!

Well I did talk to Disney this weekend and was told I was a liar about asking for other offers during 11/28-12/17 because "they wouldnt send a pin stating that". I told them I could fax it or email it and she laughed at me. Which sucks because are going 12/6-12/12 and could really use a code!

I would have asked for her name and then asked for a supervisor. Don't let any customer service representative, especially a CM talk to you like that.
