Free Dining If Using Annual Pass?

I'm considering purchasing an AP...but if free dining is offered, would I be eligible? I'm not sure if an AP is considered a discount since you are paying for it.

You would need to purchase a Magic Your Way Package with Free Dining, including your room and the same park pass for each person on your reservation.

The Free Dining Promotion, if/when offered, is different from AP holders being able to purchase the Dining Plan.

You can however purchase one day MYW tickets for each person and then use them at a later time towards the renewal of APs or purchase of longer MYW tickets. You would have to book your room at rack rate during the time when they offer free dining bookings to the general public.
