Free dining for Visa cardholders/ticket question

Ok, free dining came out for the dates that I am looking for. It states that you need to purchase at least a 2 day park pass. What happens if I only use one of those days, could the other day be saved for a future trip or would it expire at I "think" 14 days after the first use? I am just curious.

If you only use 1 day the other will expire 14 days after first use.

However, if you don't use the tickets at all on your trip they never expire, and you can use them towards a ticket upgrade in the future.
