Free Dining for the UK

I read that post about the UK being offered free dining until December, I just wonder if thats so and if so I just wonder if it will be offered to us here till December.

Seems to be offered through Virgin Holidays from August 2 until December 17.

As for whether there will be a general public offer in the US for December, no clue. There hasn't even been an offer for August/September yet. If they're desperate enough to fill rooms, who knows what they'll offer.
