Free Dining for Disney Visa card members

Hoping for Free Dining in Nov. If offered, do they usually offer it to Disney Visa card holders before general public? Would it be a few days before?

That is how they offered Free Dining for the fall. They offered Free Dining a few days to Disney Visa card holders and then released it to the public later. That is how we got FD in September. Good Luck!
