Free Dining Fall 2015? (and a whole lot more)

I've heard all the rumors about ticket price increases and room price increases on the horizon. Does anyone know if you can lock in the current room rate and ticket prices with a reservation now and then apply free dining on that if it is released? Or will they automatically raise the ticket/room price to the new 2015 rates when the free dining discount is applied?

You will be bumped to new pricing if you change your reservation. Room rates a re locked in anyway. They're set for the year. It's just the tickets that change.

very possible.

every year more resorts have been excluded: POFQ, All Star Movies and last year POR. The assumption is that so many people are booking in anticipation of FD that Disney sees no need to offer FD at those resorts because they already have sufficient bookings there.

If you really need FD to make your trip happen you are better off waiting to book.

Disney Visa card holders often get to book FD a few days before the general public which is a big advantage.

What resort are you interested in?

Darn. Thought as much. Will probably be fine though since I'm flexible for any value resort.

They've had free dining in September every year for years. I'd be more surprised if they didn't offer it this year than if they did.

I'm also hoping for free dining. We were lucky enough to get it this past November 2014, but the free dining bounce back offer was over by the time we checked in. There was a room discount available but I decided to wait and hope free dining would be offered again. I have worked the numbers a million ways, but for our family, the free dining is unbeatable. Now that both of my children are considered adults (10ys and over), the free dining is the best deal. Well, here is hoping and praying for a discount

Another one here hoping for Free Dining! Aiming for end of September, so keeping our fingers crossed.

Probably going to wait to book until the offer comes out though. Would love to book now to take advantage of 180+10, but our resort will probably depend on what's being offered. Plus the Canadian dollar isn't doing so well right now, so going to wait!

You can book and at it later, pending availability with the discount.

If you won't go unless it comes out I'd wait.
