We are traveling October 23-30th. I did not want to bother the CM asking about blackout dates, but there were no blackout dates during our timeframe. We are staying at Pop so we got free quickservice and were able to just pay the difference to get the regular dining plan. In fact, the CM told me they do that automatically unless you just ask for the quick service.

Did you have a pin code attached to your name? I just checked the Disney website and free dining is still only till Oct. 2.

Got an email from my Magical Journeys agent about an hour ago telling me it was released and did I want to plan a trip. I ALWAYS want to plan a trip, affording it is another story!

Call again. It is NOT a pin code. The offer just started this morning and is not on the web site yet. When I asked the CM if free dining had been extended she immediately said yes, she knew about it, but said she had to check my dates. I asked her if it just started today and she said yes. If they do not know about it, have them run it through the system.

Question on the blackout dates. It says it is available 10/22-10/28. We are going 10/27-11/1. Since it is available on my first night, do I get it for the whole trip, or just that night?

That sucks, they didn't include the week we are going to be there: Dec 4th-12th.

BTW, the CM told me there were NO blakout dates. OCtober 13-18th a-okay.

The CM said yes. I didn't book it yet because I wanted to check to see if my AAA travel agent could make the switch for us (I don't think she can) or else I have to cancel the old ressie through AAA first then call Disney back to book with FD. My agent doesn't get in till 9am...it's killing me!
