Free Dining extended! By ONE week? Are you kidding me?

All I want to know is when and if the offer will apply in January 2013 so i can apply it to my existing reservation. Every day I have been checking the site to see if there are any changes and today they extended it by ONE little week. You're killin me disney!

Discounts for the new year are a whole different animal from discounts for the end of this year. I'm actually shocked that they extended it so close to Christmas. Lots of people will be able to take advantage of this for trip that extend over Christmas without their kids even missing any school (in my district it would mean 2 missed days of school but many parts of the country get out earlier than ours).

That is definitly a positive thing. I actually considered changing my reservation to overlap Christmas but its just not a good time for us to go. It will be so nice when they do release the dates for next year. I can't book the flight until I know I've "guessed" the correct checkin date... and the wait goes on! ...and not a bad thing to wait for. It's going to be a great trip!

This is what we were waiting for :<)). Our kiddies get out on the 20th and we didn't want them to miss school as with the previous free dining dates, we'd need to be checked in by the 13th. Now we can book for the 20th, kids would miss 2 days at the beginning of their break and 2 days at the end. It also means we could be at Disney for New Years..woohooo
