Free Dining code question

I have a 2 bedroom villa booked with free dining for September. DH's cousin decided she might want to come with but doesn't know yet. We only have 4 adults and 1 child (under 3) in the room so there is space. It says we have to book by 2/26, can we add her to our ressie after that date? I can call later but I thought I would ask if anyone has experience with this. Thanks.

Yes, you can add her to your room, you can add her after the book by date. You just have to have the offer booked by that date. Once you are booked you can still make changed to your reservations after that date, you just have to be booked by them.
