When I look at my reservation that includes free dining, it states adult, adult, child. My DS will be 13 when we go, will they make him order off the children's menu? I thought that was for under 9 only?

You need to call and have him changed to an adult. The PH ticket will also be a child's. Be aware that the price of your package will go up to reflect this change.

I have no idea why it always says that. I called when I saw that for my DGD, who was 14, and was assured we had the correct ages. I think it is becuase she is a DIsney Adult on the dining plan and on park tickets, however a child on the resort side.

I would call to be sure though.

You should call just to make sure. I booked as soon as free dining dropped and wound up with a glitch. It would not show in MDE one of the adult tickets. I did spend a half hour with the IT department who fixed it for me. The website did have some issues with reservations on the first day.

After you speak to them, have them send you a confirmation e-mail for peace of mind. I asked for one even after the problem was fixed in my MDE for my peace of mind.

It always says that, at least for me for the past 3 years. It has never been a problem, our 9+ kids always get adult tickets and meal credits.

Thank you!
I called and they told me that is just how the reservation comes up. But any child over the age of 10 is considered an adult for the tickets and dining plan.

The website always says that, even when there are no children on the reservation.

Oh, good! I was just coming on to research this since I saw the same thing on my reservation and my DD will be 16 and no way will want to order from the kids menu. :)

I called Dining again today and they said the same thing... just shows up that way, but we are considered 3 adults for the dining plan.

As long as you have their age entered correctly on your profile, then it's fine. I wish they would fix it though because it is confusing to see the dining plan listed as child credits when they are 10+

In my case, I know they have the age right because when I'm booking things that need up front payment, I'm definitely paying the adult price for my 10 year old.
