Free Dining?? Can you explain ??

I am a newbie. I keep hearing everyone mention free dining and ADR's??? What are ADR's and when is free dining or how do i get it?? Thanks for your help!!!

Welcome to the boards!!
ADR's are Advanced Reservations. (Formally Priority Seatings) You make them to reserve yourself and your party a table at sit down restaurants. You can now make them 180 days out.
Free dining is going on I believe its the very end of Aug until Sep 30/06. You must book by June 4th 2006. Reservations are limited so if you're planning on going during this time I'd do it quick. Call 1-800 828 0228 WDW toll free or check out www.disneyworld.com

Thank you so much. I have been on the dis everyday since I joined. I am trying to learn my way around. Which is so hard with a little one at home. I really have been getting such great advice and I thank you for yours!!

The free dining starts August 13th, our first day at Disney. We were bookod some time ago, then had out TA get us the free dining when we read about it here. Even our TA didn't know about it.
