Free Dining bounceback for Values ANYONE

I have read there is a bounceback on a few threads but none confirmed it for values. Does anyone know and if it is being offered which dining plan?

Thanks for the link but there are conflicting posts in that thread. I still cant get verification (like a copy of the flyer from/for a value resort) as to which plan is being offered Regular (1 table & 1 counter) or Counter Service (2 counter service). I may have the terms confused as people call them so many things. but can someone verify which is being offered in terms of the meals included not the name.
