Free Dining Blackout Dates Question

I have visited the site that gives you the historic information for 'specials' at Disney like free dining and reduced rates, etc. What I can't seem to find is historic information for blackout dates. Here is what I want to do:

Visit Disney World sometime next Nov/Dec (2014) - I want to see the lights for the holidays and I want to possibly get free dining.

I think we are driving so we can be flexible with our dates. I don't want to spend top dollar by visiting right on Thanksgiving/Christmas.

Thanks for any help at all!!!

Here are last year's fall offer dates:

September 29 - October 2
October 18 - November 2
November 11 - 23
December 12 - 22

That means the blackout dates were:
October 3-17
November 3-10
November 24-December 11
December 23-31

To see lights this year, you would have had to check in between November 11 -23 or December 12-22. October and early November are too early for lights and holiday decorations. Epcot's Holidays Around the World will not be up and running until after Thanksgiving.

This does not mean that any 2014 fall offer will have similar blackout dates, or that there will even be a 2014 fall offer.

The Saturday after Thanksgiving in 2013 was November 30. That date was not part of the public offer in 2013.

It could have been available by way of a PIN code or bounceback, but not the public offer.

Thanks TD - I know that this doesn't mean anything for this coming year but at least it gives me an idea. :)
