Free Dining at Poly Concierge?

Hello, I am in the beginning thinking stages of planning a trip for Sept 2009. My Question: Has Poly Concierge level ever been available for free dining? This is the resort and class i am interested in!

I think in the past you could have booked Club Level at any WDW Resort with free dining, however for this year others have said WDW is no longer offering it with a Club Level stay. So who knows how it will be for September 2009.

We are staying at the Poly CL this yr with free dining and it is the third yr in a row that we are. I do know the rooms are very limited though. Happy planning!

I know people who have free dining for this summer with concierge so they are still doing it

Its definately an option...just very limited (the concierge rooms are limited anyway in number).

Think of it this way, Disney applies some percentage of rooms available for dining plan (not necessarily broad percentages, but a percentage based on occupancy forecasts).

If there are 100 rooms say in Concierge, and they apply a percentage of 40% to be available for free dining, that means only 40 rooms are available in total at the concierge level, that's for all people booking. But then they may also take out some of the preferred rooms, like Kingdom View or apply a smaller percentage.
