Not usually. Not in Disney's interest since the week is already crowded.

Free dining is not ever offered during Thanksgiving week, but there is a way to get free dining for that week. Free dining is usually offered the week before Thanksgiving and usually ends the Thursday before. If you can check in by that Thursday before, you can have the free dining discount applied to your entire stay up to 14 nights, which can take into and past Thanksgiving week. For us it's worth it for the kids to miss that Friday before the holiday to save, potentially thousands of dollars.
