Free Dining and Military Passes

Does anyone know if you can still get Free dining if you are purchasing park tickets with the Military discount?

You can only get FD with a resort package. You need to buy a ticket per person with a package and cannot get the discounted military ticket with the package either. You could, however, still book the FD offer, save the ticket for future use, and use your military tickets for admission.---Kathy

As free dining does not apply to any DVC Points reservation, I am going to move this thread over the the DDP board.

Last year I booked a military room disc(40%) + military dining plan and used salute tickets. ($99+25ph+25 waterpark). I booked with CM so just call until you get someone knowledgeable with military discounts. I helped a friend book a similar trip earlier this year.

You have to buy at least 2-day tickets with the package to get FREE dining. If you pay for the dining plan you can get it without buying package tickets if you qualify for the military discount, but you can't do that with FREE dining. There are no exceptions to the ticket requirement for free dining.
