OH...BOTHER. :scared:

My SIL and niece (11) and nephew (9) are NOW planning on going with us to WDW in September. I booked our room with the free dining offer. We had been asking them to go for MONTHS. They finally decided to pull the trigger and go with us and OOPS...free dining for that time period has expired! (I suspect it expired on May 18th) Can I tag them on to my reservation and still get the same free dining if they need a completely separate room? I know I can add individuals in the same room...but this...is different.

I booked a RR garden view at POR. I'M NOT CHANGING. I'd love for them to have the same garden view RR.

Not sure if you can. I would call them. But I did find this on the web site though they have to pay for the dining. MHO Good luck

you can ask for connecting rooms for them (where is a door in between the rooms) adjoining is close to another room.. not sure POR has connecting we stayed there a lot years ago but did not need one as we needed the trundle at the time. call tell them you need to add some people and need one more room and see what they say..good luck:thumbsup2

I wouldn't change either!! Keep your free dining. You can link your reservations, but WDW will consider your SIL's reservation as separate from yours. It is highly unlikely they will extend free dining to her as it did expire on May 18. Her best hope is that your room category is under the current late summer room-only promotion and she will get a bit of a break.

Your SIL won't be able to get free dining, but she could book under the room discount that has been posted. Since her room would be a new reservation, there's no way for her to book under an expired promo. If she was already booked and just had to change dates or resort, that could be done pending availability, but not booking a new reservation. I don't think you would be able to add another room under your reservation either, but you can always call and ask. Since the promo is expired, adding another room might still be like a new reservation since 2 rooms weren't booked from the beginning. If she does book under the current room discount, you can have the 2 reservations linked together and request to have the rooms next to or near each other. Good luck :wizard:.

Thanks, everybody. Unfortunately that's what I thought. But, its all still good!
