Does Disney usually offer Free Dining in Jan/Feb?

I just looked at booking and we would pay $1500 more than we have ever paid to go in Feb and we usually go in Oct/Nov. Kinda late plan and will be difficult to get what we want in reservations, so we decided not to book and will wait for Avatar to open and plan then.

Disney hasn't offered free dinning in Jan/Feb in a few years. At this point it is a little late for discounts but there are a few annual pass and Florida resident discounts. I'm not sure about regular as we normally book on those two.

They do sometimes offer Stay, Play, and Dine at that time which can save you 40-50%on dining(figured out by people, not directly stated). You can check Mousesavers home page to see the current offer out for this Jan.-March, and you can also check out their chart for historical discounts for certain times of the yr.
