Free Dining 2015?

On my last Disney Trip I remember following a thread about when free dining was going to be released. I can't seem to find one for 2015, am I missing something?

We are arriving October 28th (which according to the historical data should fall into the free dining dates). Any ideas on when the dates might be released?

Normally full discounts are out sometime in July for the October time frame.
