I just booked using the Canadian link, I'm in the US, and It prompted me that I can only book with a Canadian credit card address I clicked view offer anyways and it let me book with my US credit card!!!!

I already called knowing that it would say "Sorry phone lines are closed" just to get the number programmed into my redial on my phone

Also says you must provide proof of Canadian residence at check-in. Only reason I decided to play it safe and wait.

Worked for me. I just got A0A for 7 nights Sept 4th-11th with upgraded dining. Very happy. Accidentally got the travel insurance of $151.00 (not sure how that happened.) Hoping to call and have that refunded....

So bummed that POR didn't open up for the offer though. That was my first choice.

Yea if I were to do it again I would call at 7am too lol. But I guess if you're on hold for that long and are afraid to hang up because you think if you wait until lunchtime you'll have another long hold time...not to worry. You're likely to get right through like we were.
