I'm so frustrated! I called at exactly 7 and was talking to an agent within about 15 minutes. But I currently have a BB and I found out I have to cancel it first. Which means I had to be transferred to a different department. So now I'm back on hold again. I'm trying not to completely freak out. I wish I had known that I needed a special department to cancel. I would have canceled yesterday if I had known. I figured reservations could do that for me. I'm sure all of you could have told me other wise but I didn't even know that was a question to ask.

Who has dining reservations to move around/cancel now? I sure do. I admit I made reservations for 2 different weeks because I was afraid my week would be excluded from free dining.

Once I get through and get our reservations made, I'll be canceling:

Chef Mickey Sept 19, 7 people, 5:20 PM
CRT, Sept 20, 2:10, 7 people
Garden Grill, Sept 21, 5:10p, 7 people
