Got it!!!! Didn't even have to go through the automated prompts, someone just answered! CSR, business class, FD! Both Port Orleans resorts are definitely excluded, but I'm happy to try a new resort! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck, everyone!

Can someone explain how you do this with a Disney Visa? I have one, but in years past i have just waited until the GP was released... Do i just give them my card #? any advice is appreciated!

Be prepared....the hold music is on a 1-hour loop. When you're on hold for 2 hours (like I have been in the past) you know what's coming next. It's been this music for at least 4 years now.

Hubby and I currently have the BB so I was able to call the BB number. Disa Visa FD is a go. They did not ask for my pin. Our BB offer (35% RO) is cheaper than FD for 2 at WL. We stuck with our BB. Thanks Joe, you were correct.

i was on hold and then the cm couldnt pull up my ressie and it hung up!!

Think they are doing this on purpose as payback from yesterdays calls. LOL

I just said the same Still on hold. I dialed at 6:59, how did so many get a head of us? DH on hold too......he dialed at 6:58.

Did anyone else get booted off their call? Got through at 7:01 and music played for about 2 min then stopped. Call went on for another 5 min (didnt want to hang up) then dropped the call. On hold again.

Is it okay to book two ressies...one at CBR and one at Pop for the same dates, since I can't decide which one I want, and then cancel one later?

If that releases the room to FD again, why not. If it doesn't, and just removes another FD-available room from the pool, please don't. There have already been so many rooms removed from the promotion already thanks to people pre-booking in hopes of getting free dining, it would be a shame to take that opportunity away from another family when you already have your pick...
