You guys are so helpful. I really do appreciate it. Thank you. We are going Aug 25, so the CM knew what my dates were. It's just wierd.

I wouldn't hold my breath hoping something great was happening to the site. As Canadians we still have the old site. I have been getting the "Sorry we're having trouble displaying reservations" message for my dining reservations for almost a YEAR. :lmao: It's so annoying it's comical at this point. We can't cancel reservations on the website either.. you have to call in. Long distance:rolleyes:

I was so excited to use the new website while we were there in February because my 180+10 date was while we were on our trip. Guess what? It wouldn't work, I kept getting error messages and by the time I could get on (days later) the BOG and Ohana reservations I needed were gone.:headache:

As you can see.. you don't even want to get me started on their IT and website issues. It's been a mess for a looooonnnnggg time.

I'm in Canada and I have been using the old site to book and cancel since April. No probs. all my adr and hotel res are listed. I use the old site on Ie.

I put this on another thread, but you all have such great info here, I thought I'd ask here too. Friday I called an spoke to a CM who said I had a pin attatched to my acct. She said I just had to have my TA call to get FD linked to my res. My TA called today, and the CM she spoke with didn't see anything. How can this be? How can one see something and another one not? Thanks in advance for any info, and I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day.

Call and insist on the number and also ask it's exact dates, etc. Also find out what info it is listed under. Some may be a phone number or an address. and the TA may only have given one of those.

anyone else still getting this?
Remaining Balance: We're sorry. Detail payment information is not available at this time. Please try again later.

I was getting that so I called they said updating system had me hold while they switched me over to the "help" people and they emailed me a link to send me back to original system

Try this link below if it works it should send you to a sign in page and old format, if not call and they can email you the link

Just tell them you were trying to make a payment online and you got that message

nope sends me to the new site

I checked on the first day and mine didn't even show dining until they sent my confirmation. I printed it out so I have it on paper, but I wouldn't worry. Just call and confirm that it's in their system right, have them read it all back to you. Hopefully they get their site working, but I don't hold my breath.

It'll be here before you know it. Then you'll be waiting forever for your trip to begin. That last week for me is always the longest week of the year.

It will be here soon - I am so anxious waiting to hear about a discount for Oct 5-12 but on the other hand I don't want to wish the kid's summer vacation away so I will live vicariously through DIS and enjoy floating in the backyard pool until then. Life is good :)

Floating in backyard pool is good. :beach:
Pool in my subdivision which is right down the street from my house opens this weekend. Water will probably be way too cold to get in for anyone who didn't transplant themselves from NY or NJ to NC. After living for 23+ years in FL (WHY DID I MOVE FROM THERE???), getting into cold water is not refreshing - it's just cold!

We're in NJ and we're opening our pool this weekend....prep the chemicals and put the solar cover on.....should be good for Memorial Day!

I remember the first summer I was at the pool in the first week or 2 of it opening in early May. Some guy was sitting on the steps of the pool w/ his kids & commenting to a friend that, "the water's not too bad, is really pretty nice" - and I thought to myself, "As compared to what???" He had a NY accent so maybe that explains it. I think anything above having to chip a hole through the ice to get in the pool they might consider "not too bad". :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: Guess it all depends on what you're used to. :)

Oh Sylkie, you just brought up a fond memory of my yesteryear. I taught swimming, boating and lifeguarded at a camp in northern Michigan (it was on lake MI plus one inland lake). One year we had snow on Memorial Day weekend and the kiddos were coming in a few days. When they arrived we could only allow a maximum of 10 minutes in the water at a time and guess who always had to get in the water first to prove it was survivable?

Wow, Plutospal, just reading that made me start to shiver. There must be a special star in the heavens for such dedication to our youth & their education. They'd have to hold me at gunpoint to get me into a pool under those conditions - and even then, I'd have to think about it first!

Brrrrr that reminds me if when our pool was leaking in the winter (only drained halfway) and someone had to jump in with snow on the ground. And the time sis and I were baptized as kids in the creek and ice chunks floating down.

Oh give me some Florida sun!!!!!

Made me laugh out loud. You have such a funny way of stating things.:lmao: Love that!;)

Not sure if this was addressed but I have the My Disney experience app and it has all my stuff. Only thing I do not see is that we have the dining plan. I believe when we were paying for it, it showed up.

They are having so many problems with their site lately. I'm thinking they need to get someone else to design it, because the current one is so slow its crazy.

I agree! It's crazy slow and SO aggravating!

Same here, but when I clicked on view my reservation from my email, it came up with everything.....the mini golf passes, park tickets, disneyquest tickets, snack, table service, quick service...all of it.
