There is an increase if you "upgrade" your dining plan by five pounds over last years price. For example quick service to plus (1qs 1ts and snack).
Looking for some pixie dust for early March.
Considering free dining history and the UK promotions do you think Disney will have a Canadian only promotion in 2013?
