Free Dining 2012 Guesses?

Could anyone tell me when Disney has offered free dining in past years? We are looking to plan a trip for 2012 and are open and hoping to plan during a free dining time. I know they don't announce it this early, I am just going to choose some dates during a time when it has been offered in the past previously and keep my fingers crossed.

Last year I got the free dining in early December(2010).
I think I booked it in August.
Hoping for it again this year, as again we will be there 1st week of december
