Free Dining 2010?

Since the free dining bounceback was offered for 2010, is it guaranteed that free dining will be offered to Disney Visa holder and the general public sometime in 2010? When is free dining usually released?

I don't think anything is guaranteed, but there is the good possibility of it.
I personally like he 40% deals.

Clear this up for me please!!! Is there talk that the free dining offer will come out around February? If so, would it extend into the summer months? Also, does having a Disney Visa card offer any perks???? Thanks

I believe the booking period became available at the very end of March last year for Dis visa card holders, and a few days later for non card holders. The actual dates to vacation for free dining were mid august to early fall.

Thanks - I remember us missing out on the free dining offer last summer by two weeks, but we were able to take advantage of the 4/3 deal.

The last two March (2008 and 2009) the code for Free dining was released or whatever is called. Our TA usually books us for last week of August, which is when the free dining happens.

I booked our package with my Disney Visa, so I'm hoping that free dining is offered sometime in Feb or March. While the 40% off code would be better, I haven't gotten a PIN

We have deluxe dining for 3 adults and 1 child (the 2nd child will be 2 and doesn't pay), so free dining will save us a lot of money.

I wonder what will be offered after the current 4/3 deal expires.

Which dining plan does the free dining offer?

The first free dining offer that came out last spring for mid August through late Sept was for the basic DDP, no matter what level resort you were staying at. The second free dining offer that was offered in Sept for travel in Oct-Dec offered the counter service plan if you were staying in a Value and the basic DDP if you were staying in a moderate or Deluxe.

Who knows what may be offered this spring for next fall, but the bounceback offer this past Aug/Sept for next Aug/Sept was again for the basic DDP regardless of what level resort you chose to stay at. I would assume the free dining offer to the general public next fall would be the same.

I'd been hoping for the same thing, but I don't think it's ever happened before - which seems strange since Jan and early Feb are some of the slowest times at Disney.
