Trying to gauge crowd levels for free dining. Please vote.
I think that the later you wait the better, so the last week possible would get my vote(that is when we are going). It would be silly to say people don't take thier kids out of school to vacation but I think that they tend to do that more toward the beginning of September/ end of August for a holiday getaway (Labor Day)
One thing to consider is that if you book extended dates toward the later part of the month of Sept. the Food & Wine Festival will begin at Epcot.
This may increase the crowds there? But also something to experience.

We'll actually be there 2 weeks... the 15th through the 26th.Have been this same time for 3 previous years and found crowd levels to be wonderful!
