Anyone in Canada get it to work?

It says "This website has a policy which prohibits access from within your geographical region." when I try to get Incredibles.

Found out that only US residence can use Disney Movies Anywhere.

I wanted update this because somehow I had two accounts and the one I'd never used somehow got linked to the Disney Anywhere account. I had bought movies with this account and now had points that I couldn't add to my main account. I called Disney Movie rewards and a nice guy named Tom merged them for me. When I asked about my Amazon only movies he told me since my accounts were now merged they should be showing up. Sure enough three of the five through Amazon are now there! One was an actual purchase through Amazon so I don't know if that will transfer or not, not sure why the other hasn't but I'm going to give it some time and if it doesn't show I'll call back.

Anyway, if you are missing movies, or your amazon movies aren't showing check to see if you have two accounts. Just click the "these aren't my points" tab and they email you accounts associated with your email. Then call them and they'll merge them for you. 1 866 246 8646

Also he told me that they will eventually be merging with Amazon, Vudu etc.

Did you redeem them through iTunes? If they were redeemed through Amazon, Vudu etc they won't be there. From what I've read they'll hopefully eventually team with other services but for right now it's just iTunes. Which is irritating since I have 5 movies that at the time could only be redeemed through Amazon. You can now get them on iTunes but you'd have to pay again. I'll just hang out and hope they partner with Amazon soon.

The movie app is a good idea but it is buggier than the MDE app, also when you buy a movie through itunes [frozen 19.99] it only shows up in the app it will not appear in itunes. It is somewhat pointless to use this app because you can play any movie on itunes through the devices anyway.

I've bought four movies through the app, they all show up in iTunes as well as the app. Are you sure you have your accounts all connected?

As I mentioned above what I like is that all my Disney Movies can be accessed in one place rather than having to remember what's in iTunes and what's in Amazon.

They show up in itunes on the different devices but not in itunes on my windows pc's.

Do you have it set to see your purchases? You can hide the stuff in the cloud so I would check and make sure you have it set so you can see it. They should appear in your movies and/or under purchases with a little cloud in the upper right corner. Since linking the app I've also had the HD version of movies show up right next to the SD ones as well. They should be there.

I have a Roku, an XBox 360, and a PS3 hooked up to a smart tv. If I wanted to buy the movie Frozen through itunes and play it on my tv is there an app for that? Or would I need Apple tv?

Also if I buy the movie through there is it only available through streaming or can it be downloaded and burned to a dvd for watching in the car?

Trying to figure out if I need to wait until it comes out on dvd or if I can take advantage of the early release and buy it now. Thanks in advance for any answers.

I noticed it takes a little bit for movies to show sometimes. Are you on the DMR website? You should see it there. Did you get the you've earned a free movie message? If not you might be missing something somewhere, it popped up right way once I linked things. It *should* show under purchases for iTunes.

You can stream or download. Loading up your iPad shouldn't be a problem. Just click the little down arrow on the movies. (And give yourself time, they're HD so they'll take a bit)

It's been almost 24 hours. There are actually about 5 movies missing from iTunes that are on the My Collection tab at DisneyMoviesAnywhere.

Have you checked purchases in iTunes? Sometimes that gets turned off and I don't realize I've done it until I can't find something. Try searching for the titles in movies in iTunes.

so I have the free copy of incredibles and I just bought frozen on itunes (plus I apparently have a digital copy of wall-e? lol) anyway, I bought frozen on itunes and now I'm kicking myself for not buying it through amazon since it was the same price (I thought I had some leftover itunes gift card credit but I didnt) so I could watch it on my kindle or through the ps3 on the TV. Is there anyway to get it off itunes and through the amazon app(s)? is there going to be a my disney movies anywhere app for ps3?
