Free DDP?

Hello all. I've been away from the boards for a few years, since I haven't visited the mouse for awhile.

I saw a post somewhere about a Free DDP being offered at certain times. I'm assuming that DDP means Disney Dining Plan.

How can I find out more about this? Would I book it directly through Disney, or through a travel agent. Does anyone know if it will be offered in January? (We're thinking about Jan 16 - Jan 25).

Disney has offered free dining plan the last three years during the end of August and part of September. It has never been offered during any other period of time. The booking window for free dining this year is over, so it's too late to book it for this year. I hope this helps.
