free child places?

Since having our DD we haven't yet been aboard our first family "abroad" holiday will be Oct 2015 to Florida we are currently looking at package holidays as never done DIY before....

Do any travel agents offer free child places to orlando? If so, do they release them at a certain time?

I have never seen any. if they do I think they would only be a a very few offsite hotels.
