Free cell phone insurance

If you have your cell phone bill set up to be billed to your Wells Fargo credit card, you will get free insurance on all phones for that bill. There is a $25 deductible with coverage up to $600 per claim. There is a limit of 2 claims per year.

We have not had to make a claim yet, but my friend did. She had no problem getting the screen fixed on her son's iPhone 6. He is away at college. Wells Fargo had him take it to a repair shop near him.

Wow, that's awesome! I wonder if Chase has something like that? I pay $11/month for insurance through Verizon and there is a $199 deductible! It's my 15-year-old's new iphone 6 or I wouldn't have done it. I always pay the bill with my Southwest cc for the points so I'll have to check on this.
