Anyone taken there kids to the sing along and marshmallows we are staying at a Disney property and wondered if this would be fun for the kids something a bit different

Yes we've been twice - well worth doing.

We drove there both times - just told the guard we were visiting for the sing along.

You then get an internal bus to the campfire.

Last October we got there really early - just before 7pm and it started at 8pm. Got great seats at the front. Chip and dale came out for photos. A cm did a quiz. About 30 mins before they light the campfires so you can toast marshmallows. They sell smores kits and sticks at the chuck wagon there or take your own. Then a 'cowboy' sings some songs and kids can dance - hokey cokey was one. Chip and dale come around while the singing is on.

As far as I know it is. It is 8pm or 7pm in winter months. If you check at your resort they will let you know.

Do allow plenty of time to get there and so you've got time to toast the marshmallows.

We have also done it a couple of times - a lovely way of getting away from the hustle and bustle but still enjoy the disney magic!

Last year our DD got to wake up chip and Dale - she still talks about knocking on thier door!

Well worth a visit and an excuse to have a nose round the resort (we love looking at the HUGE rv's) I would love to know hw much it costs to fill some of those things woth fuel!!

If you are there nr halloween or xmas it's also fun to see how the campers decorate - more decorations than most people have on a house.
