Free Busch transport with FlexTicket Plus

We have the FlexTicket Plus which includes free transport from SeaWorld to Busch Gardens.

Am I right in saying I have to call ahead the day before we want to go to book a place on the bus?

We've used the free bus a few times now and we always phone them a couple of days before we want to go but I think you can do it the day before.

We used this last year for the first time as we did not have a car, on the whole worked well. We got it from universal at 8:30 am as we were staying at HRH, the coach made one other stop and arrived at the park about 10:30, left at 6:30, got back about 9pm (very bad rain on way back)
