"Free" Bus From DL Area to Universal?

I thought i remembered seeing a deal for free bus to Universal from the DL hotel area ; believe you had to make a reservation/buy a specific ticket?

now, don't see it on the U website; anybody know if it's still offered or maybe as the summer season ensues?

if not, other "cheap" form of transportation (we won't have a rental car)

i don't think the universal express runs anymore.

best bet is to book a day trip to universal (shuttle) included - it about $80 per person. you can book this from your hotel.
there are two times: 9:15am and 11:15am.

Looks like Grayline has an option if you don't have tickets (though the ride is not free). 80 for an adult and that includes a ticket. Link to the grayline tours page: http://graylineanaheim.com/sightseeing_tours_ana.cfm

thanks for the links, too bad they eliminated the bus...a strong incentive to visit U imo
