What sort of breakfast "condiments" are available at no charge in the resort food courts, such as peanut butter, jelly, cream cheese, etc? I'm thinking of bringing bagels or something for breakfast and thought I saw that they have peanut butter in the food court? Is that true? Any others?

The condiments are for guests buying food at the food court. That said, peanut butter is not free, you must purchase it at the register.
They have jelly and butter spread at the drink stations, I didn't see cream cheese....

I am only speaking from POP, you did not mention where you where staying.Only condiments available is butter and jelly as mentioned above. You have to buy cream cheese, even if you purchase a bagel you still have to buy it. Disney got it all figured out, you should bring PB from home since it does not need refrigeration. FYI they( POP) do have a microwave and hot water so you can bring popcorn, oatmeal ect from home. popcorn::

POR had butter, margarine, strawberry jelly, orange marmelade and honey, sugar free syrup, salt, pepper ketchup, mayo and mustard along with tons of varieties of tea all at self serve counters. There is also a water dispenser and a micro and toaster. I saw MANY people taking and using EVERYTHING, even getting drinks with MANY different type cups and mugs and NEVER once saw/heard anyone on property say a thing to ANYONE. I also saw parents ASK for bowls and cups and plates at counter service (they're heavy duty paper) and get those without any questions too. There are also paper cups at EVERY cashier area for water.
We happen to buy the mugs for souvenirs and LOVE to eat at food court for breakfast each day (YUMMY BOUNTY PLATTER) USING our mugs every day, for me the cost is non consequential, so NO FLAMES PLEASE, just stating what I saw last week.
