I just finished the labels for the fridge & box with my info and another label advising people if they receive the fridge and are not part of the swap to call me. There are also labels as follows:

All labels have Nemo on them so they should be easy to spot in storage. I will send a few sharpies in the box to complete the labels. (The labels are all stickers so no tape needed.)

I will also put in the box:
1. Handi wipes & dish soap to clean coffeepot/cups
2. Papertowels
3. Duct Tape (to tape corners of box so it will last longer)
4. Roll of Contact paper, craziest design I can find (to strengthen box and make it easy to spot)
5. Nemo stickers for decorating fridge

Anything I forgot?????

Did I read that the coffee pot has a reusable filter???

Does it use the large #4 cone type filters, though???
They only cost like $2.00 for 100 at walmart.
I used to use a reusable one...
Personally,I think it is much easier to just lift the filter out and toss
it than trying to empty out the grounds and wash the filter. JMOH...
Especially in a hotel room...

Yes, everything is shipping direct to POP. I received the last confirmation yesterday so I will forward it to your personal email today so you have copies of all of them. I will track the shipments via UPS and email you the proof of delivery once they are at POP. I will be sending the labels, etc this week and will send you POD on that too.

Yeahhhh, I am so glad that I was able to get in on the fridge swap. All I need to do is find decent airfare and our trip planning is done!

I know what you mean about airfare, we have USAir miles we are trying to use that they have not started to offer "saver" miles yet. I think they will release them after May 1st when the cost for a "free" ticket will be $50.
