I just called and was transferred to California and was told that yes you can choose.I dont why they said that it was DL onlyphorsenuf said:Can anyone confirm this? Has anyone called their guide to see? We are probably buying by the months end and if we can get passes that would be awesome!

She's been there for years and years.
I suppose she could be wrong, but get it in writing if somebody promises you this.
Thanks for asking for me Julie. Actually we were just there Dec. 4th - 9th, so surprisingly we're not planning to go back for awhile, at least not in the next two weeks.rjcortinas said:I had some other questions for my guide so I asked him about buying over the phone. He said that they are trying to promote DVC at Disneyland and that is why they are offeing the free annual passes. It is a "thank you" for guests that visit Disneyland and take time out of their vacation to purchase the DVC. H esaid the only way to get the passes would be to walk into their building. So....if you're planning a trip to CA in the next two weeks...lol. I hope this helps...Julie
From your location NH I think the airfare to CA would be more then the discounted price of the APs. unless you are going there anyway. All DVC members get $100. off the regular price of an AP. Rd trip airfare, at least 1 nights lodging plus ground transportation, meals, parking at the airport or transportation to and from. For me it adds up to a lot more than two APs. For you folks on the west coast it's a great deal. Anice incentive since it probably costs you more to get to WDW.phorsenuf said:Can anyone confirm this? Has anyone called their guide to see? You won't need to purchase park admission. There are guides at DTD and at the DL resort hotels. I know there's a DVC desk set up in the lobby of the GC. Check it out and take the tour if you're interested in buying DVC.ahmo said:Is the DVC guide inside the California parks? Is there a guide in the downtown area so that I don't need to purchase park admission? Thanks.
Yes, you would also get 2005 points because the 2005 use year is still in effect for most contracts except for those with a January use year since it's already January now.BROWNSPHAN said:If you get the 15% discount with a referal and 2 free APs.Do you also get the 2005 points at no charge also?Greg
