Effective June 1, 2008: You MUST confirm via PM or email that you are still participating in the swap no later than 2 weeks before the 1st date of use or you will be removed from the swap.

I have had 3 swappers that have signed up serveral months ago and then gone MIA. This puts the swap at risk and causes labeling problems. We can't afford to have the fridge go unclaimed at the last minute.

Two weeks isn't a lot of time but at least we can try and fill the dates if we have some warning.

I send out PM's and emails to each swapper as their dates approach. I provide the info for who you are swapping to and from at that time. So, if 3 weeks before your trip you do not know who you are swapping to and from PLEASE CONTACT ME.

When ever possible try to do the transporting yourself...you can borrow a luggage cart. We need to do our part to keep Disney happy with the fact that they are storing an item for us that in turn is taking $$ away from them!

First of all I would like to say a HUGE thanks for allowing myself and my family to use the fridge during our recent trip to wdw. Sorry it has taken so long for me to say thank you. Everything seems to go nuts when you get back from vacation.
I see the dates in Nov that we are going are already taken, if by some chance that Nov 14th - Nov 19th come open I would love to be able to use them again.
