Free Airport Transportation?

There was an ad on T.V. tonight about free transportation from the airport to your resort. Of course, my eight year old picked this time to throw a hissy fit and I missed half of it. So I was wondering if I was dreaming (doing that a lot lately!) or there is some kind of catch. Losing my mind in Indiana!!

Ok, is this for people who have booked packages only? Or, can you use Disney Transport merely by staying in a Disney resort free of charge? We have a cruise and will do a rental car from airport to pier, and then after the cruise from pier to WDW. But, if we drop off the car when we get to WDW, can we take Disney transport back to airport when we are done?
