My question is this..the second part of the e-mail states:

When you call, be sure to ask about packages for other lengths of stay that may also include a Disney Gift Card. Gift card value will vary based on length of stay. Also ask about great rates for other room types or Resorts, including 1 and 2 bedroom villas with homelike amenities at Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts for stays most nights 4/17/09–6/6/09."

It says to ask about other room types or resrots..including the villas.(which I'm not interest in..but am interested in the Poly for this time period.

Has anyone inquired yet about these rates?...and is there an AP discount running yet for the same period?

So not fair! I just got this pin code. I would love to use it!!! Alas, I don't think the timing will work for us financially. It's even when my DD has spring break! So not fair!!!

I wasn't planning to go back so soon, but this code is very tempting, right up there with free dining. (I guess that's the whole point--to reel in people who had no intention of going.) Was anyone else shocked that the deal includes a lot of spring break dates? Disney must be really hurting. Maybe this year's free dining promotion won't be such a bust after all (as I had previously thought).

Has anyone found out whether this is good at the Moderate or Deluxe resorts, and whether the deal in the later time frame is the same (4/17/09–6/6/09)? We have a trip planned under the 7-for-4 deal starting 4/19, with a few nights before that off property (since there were no deals that worked for us that week), so I want to compare this pin code offer to what we already have. (Thankfully, I haven't booked the airfare yet, so I can shift days if I need to!)

I have a call into my travel agent and I'm trying to be patient, but it's not easy!

I got this to, of course it is my Ddad's name, but the last time I got one in his name they said it was in my name to. We are better off with the 7 for 4 deal. We are getting 2 rooms at a moderate and are of course our 7 nights includes the weekend. I figured it out and it is like rack rate, but then the gift card as your "discount", at least with the value resort price. If our trip was less then 7 nights I would think it would be the better deal for us. Has anyone called for more then 5 nights and gotten the value of the gift card for that time? It does say it varries by length of stay. Not sure if that means that it can go up, or only down. Of course with our extra days on the weekend it probably won't matter. At a value this deal can't be beat. (except maybe by free dining with 3 or 4 disney adults per room)

That is a nice code. Sounds like Disney is not as booked up for Spring Break as they are each year. Lower crowds are always a bonus.

I also got the code. My first pin code ever, I have tried for years to get one. Now the depressing part, we leave for our honeymoon on 3/1 the day it starts, and we are NOT GOING TO DISNEY. We decided not to since we will be taking the kids in September, and wanted to do something different. I booked our plane tickets elsewhere last week, non refundable, so now even though I have gotten a covetted Pin code, I can't use it. Bummer.

when I called I was told I had the $500 code but I had not gotten the email yet...but the quote was $525 over my PIN for kids stay & play free

I called to get a quote on a trip using the PIN and it turned out to be about the same price as the trip we had booked already with the 4/3 deal. I switched to the PIN, and here is why, we were doing the 4/3 with park hoppers and QSDP. With the PIN the total of the trip is just about the same price but using the $500 for meals versus the QSDP we have flexibility. We don't need to worry about using credits and if we don't spend $500 on food we will buy other things with it. We do lose out on the refillable mug which we did not really think we would use anyway and we have 6 day hoppers versus 7 day hoppers once again no big deal to us (only a $9 difference according to the WDW web site). I think this was a good deal for us and if I am figuring correctly with the $500 card we actually are ahead about $50 once you subtract the mugs and ticket difference.
We are booked May 23 - May 30 at POP and still got the $500 card.

I called and got a quote for 5 nights starting april 17 and there was a $300 gift card with the pin at Port Orleans.

For us we were not planning on 7 days so it is a better deal.

had a trip to beach club booked on the 4/3 plan, go this code, called in, and was offer a $300 card buit the package was much more money - I think its a standard rate package and they give you the card.
