I DID end up with a fine set of "Frankenstein" stitches (staples on a pretty long incision..looked like a "Ciclyian necklace" as the mafia calls it..lol..),...

If DH ends up with a necklace, I will have face paint him into frankenstein...

You know what else you can do- but if you do it this way- you cannot savie it for later- you can R click on the image- go to proerties- copy the link and paste it in your msg. Just be sure to put the

I get so tired of having to go to my photobucket to retrieve things- I try my best to put them in the right folders etc- but I loose track of things so easily!

Y'all, I had a GREAT freebie day today. I was bored, so I went out to all "my" stores, and just went in to each one and claimed a Polly Pocket Doll. I also got a few packages of Juicy Juice boxes. I got home and had a Channakah poster, cat food (no cat, but it's good for a year..maybe...) and a BIG box that has a littlt box, that had a small tube (probably full size) of Murad cleansing toner...!! I am all about face stuff, now that I have tried and gotten hooked on Bare Essecentuals..anyway, I went in to work at the school library for an hour, and the assistant librarian gave me two coupons for kid's meals at Applebee's. No restrictions, so me and the little boys are goin' out on the town tonight...for under $15..hopefully!! Woowoo..

oh yeah, have I mentioned lately that KMART SUCKS!? I tried to use my PP coupon there, and the cashier who barely spoke English couldn't figure out how to handle it...I didn't even try..just took my free Juicy Juice and left...

It did, thank you for sharing. I was thinking you were going to a specific smiley site for the stick guys. I usually do what madd said and go to photobucket..although you never know what you are going to "view" when you go there. I once searched "ouch" and fount a tattooed and pierced
"you-know-what".. I guess "ouch" would be an appropriate search for that...

...and before y'all start searching like mad(no, not just you madd!) for it, I think it's gone. And there are a lot of wounds, cuts, bruises..yucky stuff...but I did find this guy under "ouch"..

Oh yeah, and I have a site that has a bunch of naughty ones...can we post naughty smilies? probably not...

He is a perfect representation of my mental state right now. With DH being on the disabled list from the 14th until xmas, I have to get *everything* organized this week (mailing packages, teacher gifts, grocery shopping, decorating, advent calendar, blah blah blah

) Most times I just feel like I am going in circles

Last June Dh was out cycling and was hit by a car (knocked out for 20 minutes-the guy that hit him was cited with "failure to yeild to a cyclist" and fined $35.00).

At the hospital they did a cat scan and found an anomaly on his thyroid...Turns out they are pretty sure that it is cancer and he is scheduled for a partial thyroidectomy on Friday (if the pathology comes back positive they he will have to go back and have the rest taken out - and then do that nasty radioactive isotope pill thingy

).

This will be DH's 2nd bout with cancer in 3 years (advanced prostate cancer at age 42 - so people get your DH's and SO's checked) my DS10 has Asperger's Syndrome and totally freaks out when his Dad is in the hospital (dh also had hernia surgery back in september - we weren't allowed to call it "surgery" or "an operation", but we could call it a "proceedure" ) and DD7 is such a daddy's girl, it will be hard on her too...

But as my BFF tells me, "So it was a GOOD thing that Randy was hit by a car..."

So that my story and y'all have been keeping sane and a great distraction...

wow so sorry to hear about DH. I think your BFF was right him getting hit by a car made them find it. My DF had thyriod cancer so I know how you feel. What hosp. are you going to?

Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge - Surgeon is from MGH but also has privelges at MAH. It's where be had the prostectomy, knee surgeries, hernia surgery and where both the kids where born. It feels like a "boutique" hospital...We like it there

not to far from us. My DD goes to college in Boston but we only live about 30 min. from where you are going to be. It is a nice hospital. You know my mother always said when you are going thru alot do not worry because god would never give you more than you can not handle at a time. I will keep happy thoughts for you and your family.
