Good morning Freaps. Has anyone else received the Betty Crocker Mini Microwave Desserts? I received a box on Saturday. Mine was the chocolate cake with raspberry filling to swirl on top. Very delicious.

hey freaps! sorry I was away for the weekend. I'm a Monday to Friday diser!
When all the kids and DH are home I don't have time to pee let alone dis! I know TMI. Any way I need you all to keep your fingers crossed for my ds5. He was just given the chance for a wish trip and right now he needs it. A little back story....When he was 3 years old he started having seizures. He will have between 10 and 30 in an hour. It took a year of testing and having this go on daily to get him on med. Well now almost three years later things are going down hill agian. he is now sarting to have uncontrollable fits and headakes,and now starting to notice that he is "different" from his friends at school. He is becoming more and more down and has let this control his little life. we have tried everything to pick him up and nothing is working. We are waiting on the docs to fill out the forms and we will hear back soon. We told him about the wish and he has decided he wants to go to Disney or be a cop for a day. So please keep your fingers crossed for my ds he needes this.
I miss his smile.

The thread was pretty far down on the page. Hopefully all will get straightened out. And be drama free.
I am trying to post more. I check the freebie thread and freap chat several times a day. Yet, hardly ever post. I will attempt to be better about that. I enjoy the FREAP chat and the freebies .

Morning Freaps,

I had a very interesting weekend. So far I have printed out the coupon for free fries at Arby's and signed up for the taco seasoning. I have the computer on the Neurtogena site and just waiting for 12 at EST.

TG My prayers are with you and your family. I sure do hope the little guy starts to feel better and gets his wish to come true. It must so horrible. I am so sorry. Big hugs and prayers.

I have found myself less and less on the freebie thread, and more here. The freebies were nice to get, so I still check and sign up for a few, but the comraderie (sp?, I can't spell-why is there no spell check on the DIS?) was what I checked the thread for (as well as hot JD pics). Since that is more on this thread, this is my new 'go to' spot.

Tinker Girl- I will be thinking about you and your family. I know how hard it is to have a sick child, and how helpless that may make you feel. I hope your son gets his wish- either a magical time with Mickey, or to clip that badge on and catch some bad guys!!

Okay so I was on Snopes looking around trying to figure out if the neutrogena thing was a hoax (I have bad feeling it is-- usually the real deals have copywrites at the bottom, and you dont get pop-ups). Anyway, I found this article and thought it was rather interesting. I dont know how I found it... but it ended up being true rather than a hoax. The article is from 2003 but has been updated at the end of October. Its worth a quick looking at.

This breaks my heart. I can't imagine, nor do I want to, how hard it is to see your child so sick..my heart goes out to you, your family and especially your DS. Prayers and Pixie dust for your little boy's wish, and more importantly his recovery.


I have seen your ribbon for epilepsy in your siggie. I had no idea it was this bad. My DBIL is a specialist in epilespsy at Columibia. I am sending out a prayer for him, too..to help with researching and finding a cure. I wish you lived closer to NYC, I would ask if he could help..
