Franklin Covey problem

Has anyone else had an error while trying to process the Franklin Covey points on MY Points? I can fill in the name and e-mail for the 20 points, but it always says an error.

I got that message each time I tried doing that one. I gave up after about 5 times.

Mine went through the first time without any problems. I'm not sure why you would get the error message. Maybe someone else can troubleshoot that for you.

I get the error every time too... Have not been able to get my 20 pts at all
