will Veto a new resolution that would allow force.

I find this an irrelevant point. Doesn't UN resolution 1441 authorize use of force if a "material breach" is found? We have the breach, so what's the hold up?

I'm getting impatient with the UN and this whole process. I now completely agree the Administration in going to war with Iraq even without UN support if we need to. (I previoulsy only supported the war if the UN supported it.)

Jules, I have no doubt that we will go, with or without the UN. France will veto our second resolution, we will veto their resolution to continue inspections for the next 71 years, and we'll go in.
