France Pavilion restaurants on 2020 Dining Plans?

I know we're only one week into the new year, but has anyone used 2020 dining plan credits at any of the France Pavilion restaurants? None of them are currently on the list of 2020 dining plan participating locations.

I'm specifically asking about 2020 dining plan credits - in other words, your check-in date was 1/1/2020 or later (anyone checking in 12/31/19 or earlier would be on the 2019 dining plan)

This is the norm. Contracts are still being signed but no one has dropped out of participation
