France for breakfast

Tell me how do you get to France pavilion for breakfast? Can you walk around showcase?

If you come in the main entrance, walk towards World Showcase and then go to the right through Canada and United Kingdom. If you go the the left towards Mexico and Norway, you will be stopped in Norway by a rope. There will also be a rope in France that will keep guests from going past into Morocco.
