France Bakery Before RopeDrop

Hoping to confirm that the bakery in France is open and accessible prior to Epcot ropedrop (from International Gateway of course, not the main entrance). Ditto for the cronut kiosk?
 
It's open at park opening, before the World Showcase opens at 11. Cronuts are at Taste Track now.
