FQ,CSR VS. AKL and CR?

I have the AKL and CR booked for a split vacation...just wondering if I should change to FQ and or CSR to save some money...I have a AP...All this calling and waiting is driving me crazy. How much room space is there in the mod. rooms ? I have two adults,8 and 5 year old. Stayed at CR in May and loved the closeness to MK. Also looking to relax at the pool somedays. Part of me thinks this is vacation...spend the extra money and enjoy! My husband would probably love a condo with all the extra space, so Cypress Pointe Grandvillas is another option. It just doesnt feel like a vacation to me at a condo...because I will be doing the extra cooking,cleaning, etc...just like I do at home. Thanks for all the help...these boards are great!

I have stayed in all but CR. I would go for AKL and CSR. POFQ was OK, but just reminded me too much of the ASMO for some reason. AKL and CSR were fantastic! We will go back to both after trying some different resorts. We are trying the POLY in Oct. Good luck!

We wont go back to a moderate. We found it not worth the higher price than the values (fun for kids with icons and such). If you're staying @AKL and CR, the others will probably feel too tight anyway. I say stay with what you've got or maybe spend your first night or two in a value.

I would vote for a split with CSR in the mix. We just returned from here a couple of weeks ago and loved it there! It was me, DH and 2 DS's 14 & 17. We took a twin aero bed with us for one of the boys to sleep on and even with the bed inflated (we deflated it each morning and rolled it up) I felt like we had plenty of room.

I understand the whole "it's vacation" thing, but saving money on your room, means more to spend elsewhere!
