FP's will be issued for Aladdin

Beginning next Thursday Aladdin will go to FP's for the shows.
This is according to a CM at a show today

If they need Fast Passes for the show because of such a mad rush in the last month, then wouldn't they think that it's popular enough to stay put in the Hyperion theater?

So not looking forward to yet another Frozen show... (and I like Frozen!)

My guess is it is just a test for when they debut frozen in the summer...

Oh that's interesting! I actually had never seen it before, and when we went over Thanksgiving break we made sure to catch the show. We lined up about an hour before and got in the 3rd row. The CMs said they'd only be opening the bottom 2 levels because they rarely need to open the top, but in the end they did. Looked like it was pretty full. And on a side note, I can't believe we waited so long to see it....it was excellent! The genie stole the show There were some technical difficulties that cut one number short, and he made a big joke of it later on. It was a lot of fun.

We went to the 3rd show this past Tuesday and it was a full house. I gotta say, this really isn't my "thing" and I am not one to go to shows like this, but I did because I heard it was closing and people on here said it was really good. I gotta say, it was fantastic! It was funny and entertaining. The genie was hilarious with topical jokes that will fly right over your kids heads while they are being entertained by the story, set, puppets, dancing, singing, music and characters. You really should go if you have a chance to go before it closes.

Shows in the Hyperion Theater used to have FP. I have a couple for the open weekend of BLAST! I had no clue what they were for. CMs were handing them out (no FP Machine).

We are planning on seeing it 12/9, but if we don't somehow our backup day is 12/11... Lol last year we were doing the new F! FP on day 2 and this year the Aladdin FP on day 2- hopefully it isn't quite as much of a madhouse as that though lol! I will try to let everyone know how it goes if we end up going on our second DCA day

Went to a mid afternoon show yesterday on a super busy day, and they closed the lines about 30 min before the show because they were full. The place was completely full, all three levels. I do imagine it is a lot of locals wanting to "see it for the last time" which is making it busier now, which is why they will need the fastpasses. Are they planning on keeping the sing a long if they are opening a Frozen show? That is a bit too much frozen I would think (and I also like Frozen, but think they should change it up a bit).
