Fp+ ?

So we will be at parks for 3 days with PH and one night at MVMCP first week of December.
Just wondering can I secure FP+ to use during the MVMCP since this is all we will be doing on this day/evening? Do they ever open us FP+ character greets during the MVMCP?

It has been 2 yrs since we have been to Disney so not sure if this would make sense but if we plan on being at MK for rope drop on (EMH morning) can I book my FP+ for later in the day at EP since we will be there for a later lunch in the afternoon? I'm thinking crowds probably aren't that bad during morning EMH but this is based on 2 yr ago when we were there around same timeframe.

3. Yes. But it can not be done from the MK FP+ kiosks.
